Yaw has been involved with the mineral resource industry all his working life. He is a former Executive of AngloGold Ashanti and Central African Gold Ghana operations. He is the founder of Breakthrough Resources, a junior exploration company with focus in the West African sub-region.Yaw is the founder and Chairman of Minsol.

Alex has practical knowledge in the field of mining logistics supply and a very good knowledge on the proper storage and handling of other mining equipment and spares. (Hoses, mill lining, conveyor belts, slurry pumps and crushers)
Alex held a number of positions including Warehouse superintendent, Supply coordinator with Svedala/Metso Ghana ltd. He also had a four year stint with TNT UK, one of the worlds' leading courier companies which make him very conversant with international and local supply chain.

Kwame is responsible for general management of all sales administrative functions, revenue and expense controls, meeting agreed targets. He has a Marketing Major from the University of Professional Studies in Ghana. Kwame brings enthusiasm and drive to our business.
